Former Board Member, CFO and Chief Information Officer at Prysmian Group, worldwide leader in the Energy and Telecommunication sector with over 10Bn euro sales. Experienced Executive formerly also Director of Capital Markets, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance at Prysmian Group. Mr.Caserta also held the position of Finance Director & Investor Relations at Valentino Fashion Group, multinational company leader in the Fashion and Luxury Goods with over 2Bn Euro sales. Luca spent first part of his career in the Investment Banking working for JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Friedman Billings Ramsey. He held senior role positions in large multinational groups, and he led the IPO of Prysmian Group in 2007 and Valentino Fashion Group in 2005. He ranked top tier of Institutional Investors All Europe Executive Team for six consecutive years from 2008 to 2013.

Luca has advised private and public equity funds, corporates, institutional investors and sovereigns on Corporate Finance, Strategy and Turnarounds, M&A, Equity raisings. He lectures Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at renowned universities.
